Khmer-Soviet Friendship Hospital is a public hospital located on Yothapol Khemarak Phoumin Boulevard in Phnom Penh. The hospital is managed by the Ministry of Heath.
Preah Ang Duong Hospital is located at street Preah Norodom, Sangkat Phsar thmei I, Khan Daun Penh. They to Provide basic eye care services for all Cambodia and to eliminate locally endemic blindness. It is a public hospital.
The National Program for Eye Health ( former Sub-Committee for the Prevention of Blindness ) was established in 1995 by the Ministry of Health and act as technical adviser to Ministry of Health. The role and duty of this Sub-committee was to develop and implement a National Plan for the Prevention of Blindness and provide technical advice to the Ministry of Health.
In 1995, the Sub-committee developed a Master Plan and First Five Year Action Plan for prevention of blindness and approved by the Ministry of Health. This Plan aims to provide basic eye care service in each region of Cambodia and to reduce blindness prevalence to less than 0.5% by the year 2005.
In 2008 the New Strategic Plan for Blindness Control ( 2008-2015 ) was developed for continuing of further eye care system development in the Country. Human Resource, Facility Development, VISION 2020 Disease Control and resource mobilization are main Priorities in the National Plan.

The National Pediatric Hospital is located at #100, Federation of Russia Blvd, Phnom Penh.The hospital was initially established in 1974 as the Institute for the Protection of Children’s Health. The hospital is managed by the Ministry of Health. As of March 2009 there were 100 doctors and 225 nurses on the hospital staff.

Calmette Hospital or l’hôpital Calmette, located on Monivong Boulevard in Phnom Penh, is a public hospital managed by Ministry of Health and funded by the Cambodian and French governments. It is considered as Cambodia’s flagship healthcare centre.. The name of the hospital was derived from Albert Calmette, a renown French bacteriologist. Calmette Hospital was built in 1950 and received support from several
