Rotisserie CHICKY use an authentic chicken-roasting machine which slowly cooks the skewered meat on a turning spit. Following tradition, their potatoes are cooked in the chicken fat below.
Rotisserie-style cooking is hugely popular in France and is part of the nation’s culinary tradition. Growing up, it was common for mum to buy a rotisserie-roasted chicken for the family. At home, dad would carve it, and the family would enjoy the meal together.
They have an extended range of side dishes that change daily. These include roasted potatoes and salads. They also serve soups, desserts and French wine.

Le Vôtre restaurant is located on Street 178. They delivery mostly of its food frozen and ready to be cooked and enjoyed at your convenience.

Le Safran is a French restaurant serving both authentic French and Cambodian dishes in a stylishly decorated environment.
La Residence is a French restaurant in the former home of Cambodia’s Prince Norodom Ranariddh. They serve fine French food in an environment surrounded by wide bay windows exhibiting their tropical garden and glass roof which creates a warm glow. Weekdays they offer a set menu for lunches.
Le Sauvignon, is a wine bar, restaurant and tea room offering a warm and intimate place for drinks or dining. They have indoor and outdoor patio seating as well as a private room. Its French bistro-style menu (fish or beef tartare, charcuterie, cheese plates, sandwiches, salads, and desserts) is accompanied by a fine selection of wines by glass or bottle. They have a wide selection of teas along with delicious pastries.
L’Atelier-Cafe & Brasserie is a small café located on the south side of Russian Market. They offer Khmer, French, and Chinese cuisine for Breakfast and Lunch.
Mama’s is a French-Khmer place located close to Guest Capitol House just a few minutes walk from Orussey Market. They serve great Khmer and Western Food with some of the best vegetarian curry. There is a menu, but have a look on the wobbly plastic table inside for some of their specialities.
La Marmite is a French owned bistro serving a selection of authentic French dishes with many items imported from Europe.
Atmosphere is a French Restaurant & Bar, with a selection of items to be grilled on their front terrace.
Topaz is a restaurant offering French traditional cuisine with refined atmosphere and Asian inspired decor. Topaz also boasts a deep wine cellar and a walk in humidor-stocked with the finest imported cigars and they have a lively piano bar upstairs.
Armand’s is a small French bistro close to the Old Market (Phsar Chas). They have a simple menu with charcuteries-dishes, as well as wines imported from France and Australia.
The Wine is a French style restaurant set inside the gourmet complex of Open Wine behind the Royal Palace. They have a large dining room as well as a ground floor terrace.
Gasolina is a restaurant and bar in a large lush garden, lit by torches and candles at night. Tamarind is Mediterranean Bar & Restaurant located at on street 240. They have a side walk seating, bar seating, and pleasant indoor seating upstairs. Full bar and pool table of the ground floor. Good wine selection. Moderately priced, delivery and catering.
The Bright Lotus I Restaurant and Guesthouse is a casual restaurant located across from the National Museum. They offer French and Khmer dishes.
The Bright Lotus I Guesthouse has clean rooms with air-conditioning, TV, private bathrooms with hot water and shared verandas that are a nice place to stand and look out over the city, museum and the park.
River Street Restaurant is a ground floor restaurant located at the corner of Preah Sisowath Quay (riverside) and Street 178 (Preah Ang Makhak Vann). They serve Thai, French, and Khmer cuisine.
Van’s Restaurant is a high-end restaurant in the former French quarters of Phnom Penh next to the Post Office. The restaurant is set in a beautiful colonial building, the former Banque de l’Indochine, built 1898. Van’s offers French cuisine in a beautiful dining room that gives the feeling of going back in time to the colonial era. They also have two private salons, outdoor dining and a wine seller.

Hunter’s Restaurant with a convenient Boeung Keng Kang 1 location on Street 51 in right opposite Wat Lanka. The food is essentially Cambodian with some bits of western menu added such as burgers and fries, and full bar, draft beer, cocktails. Moreover, they have good balcony seating with a view of the street and pagoda as well as several TVs, always within eyeshot, showing sports and news.
Perhaps the most famous sports bar in Phnompenh, this place should be visited during the weekends. This is when the soccer games are on, and the bar is packed to full capacity. Early visitors can get a seat in the balcony or the pagoda.
Le Jardin is an outdoor cafe in the gardened front yard of a Boeung Keng Kang 1 Villa. Taking full advantage of the garden, this is a family-oriented cafe with a giant sandbox, a playhouse and toys. They serve snacks and salads for adults, pastas and titbits for kids, as well as ice cream and desserts. Happy hour is from 6pm-8pm

Meeting House Brasserie and Bar is situated on the corner of the street 360 and street 5. Spanning on three floors this restaurant has a French style cooking with an upstairs bar lounge.
