Here’s another place in Phnom Penh we keep on coming back – the buffet at Himawari Hotel. Personally, the draw for me is the salmon sashimi and the barbeque. Their chicken wing bbq is so delish! I bet you’d come back for more.

They don’t have a very fancy spread like that of Sofitel or Raffles but if you’re like me and you only want the sashimi and a little bit of something then this is the place for you too.

Seafood and Mongolian BBQ Buffet is every night and costs $21.80++ per person. It’s actually cheaper compared to the other buffets in the city.

Bread section and some Malaysian Dish

Salad section

BBQ section – chicken, beef, pork, clam, fish, prawns, etc..

Fresh Oysters

My favorite – salmon sashimi

Steam boat or stir-fry with veggies and noodles (not in picture though)

Dessert – fruits and some sweets.

I also love it that the coffee and tea are part of the buffet. And if the weather is good, you can even dine al fresco with a view of the Mekong River. It’s perfect!
